There's a few things I always have in my student cupboard.
Here's a list of the essentials. Don't be a shitty junk food vegan, invest.
- Olive Oil
- Sesame Oil
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Nutritional Yeast
- Agave Syrup
- Dried herbs (Bay leaves, mixed Italian herbs, thyme etc)
- Chilli flake/powder
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Various unsalted nuts
- Salt
- Pepper
- Light Soy Sauce
- Bulgar Wheat
- Wholemeal pasta
- A blender
- A pestle & mortar
