The Bare Necessities

FILL UP YOUR FUCKING LARDER.

There's a few things I always have in my student cupboard.

Here's a list of the essentials. Don't be a shitty junk food vegan, invest.


  • Olive Oil
  • Sesame Oil
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Nutritional Yeast 
  • Agave Syrup
  • Dried herbs (Bay leaves, mixed Italian herbs, thyme etc)
  • Chilli flake/powder
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Various unsalted nuts
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Light Soy Sauce
  • Bulgar Wheat
  • Wholemeal pasta 


  • A blender
  • A pestle & mortar
