Avocado & Cashew sauce Spaghetti 

Because Avocados are A VERY GOOD SOURCE OF NUTRITIOUS DELICIOUSNESS, YES THEY ARE.



Tomato sauce? Dull. Cheese sauce? NO.

Instead try this shockingly creamy, LDL-cholesterol busting formula for the BEST SPAGHETTI OF YOUR LIVES. 

Yes it's green, and yes it's pleasant to consume. 

Ingredients

1/2 a box of wholewheat spaghetti
1/2 a lemon
2 large Avocados!
Decent glug of Virgin Olive Oil
Clove of garlic
Bunch of parsley
Pepper
Salt
Handful of cashew nuts

1. Put spaghetti on to cook according to packet instructions

2. Blend cashews, oil, squeezed lemon & garlic in blender

3. Peel and chop avocados

4. Finely chop parsley

5. Add avocados & parsley to blender. BLEND!
(My blender is a shit, so I ended up having to bash the fuck out of this mixture using my pestle & mortar)

6. Add salt and pepper to taste

6. Drain the spaghetti

7. Dump the avocado sauce mix over the spaghetti and MIX

8. Add more salt & pepper to taste if needed

EAT AS MUCH NUTTY AVOCADOEY GOODNESS AS YOU CAN PHYSICALLY FIT INTO YOUR SKINNY VEGAN BODY.
