Coriander & celery red lentils

Lentil Lovin'

Because you should love the things that TASTE THIS FUCKING GOOD.

Look.

Healthy. Cheap. Delicious. What's not to enjoy? 

Ingredients

1 cup of red lentils
a small bunch of fresh coriander
1 small red chilli
3 stalks of celery
Big handful of spinach

Turmeric
Vegetable bouillon 
Cayenne Pepper (I like it HOT)
Garlic Powder
Lemon Juice (JIF)

Pumpkin seeds (if you're feeling fancy)

1. Put lentils in saucepan. Add 3 cups of boiling water. BOIL.


2. Whilst your beloved lentils are cooking, chop up celery,spinach, coriander & chilli

3. When lentils are half cooked, dump the spinach & celery in the saucepan. Add a big sprinkle of turmeric, cayenne chilli pepper, vegetable bouillon and garlic powder.

4. When your lentil mix is cooked, turn off the heat & throw in the coriander and chopped chillies



5. Add lemon juice, salt & pepper to taste

6. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds if you like ZINC 


NOW EAT THOSE LENTILS UNTIL YOUR LITTLE VEGAN BODY BURSTS.
